Strong Men Project | Adrian's Farm, Belize
Business as Missions · Belize 2026

Build the farm. Build strong young men. Build lasting hope.

Adrian's Farm is the first project of the Strong Men Project, a faith-based initiative creating meaningful work, practical skills, mentorship, and a stronger path forward for young men from the London Bridges community in Belize.

The community

For young men in London Bridges, the challenge is bigger than unemployment.

The project presentation describes London Bridges as a deeply disadvantaged community where families face chronic flooding, very limited resources, broken family structures, drugs, gangs, and prostitution.

Adrian has already begun building relationships through a Bible study attended by young men in the community. The farm is intended to create a practical next step: meaningful work, discipline, skills, income, mentorship, and a faith-based foundation.

“Our hope is to build strong, responsible young men from a faith-based foundation who will change their communities.”

The vision

Strong physically. Strong emotionally. Strong spiritually.

The goal is to create an environment where young men learn responsibility, discipline, practical agricultural skills, personal financial management, and what it means to contribute positively to their families and community.

The initial plan is to hire and train 10 young men, then expand the model to reach more participants over the following two years.

The farm

A real agricultural business designed to sustain the mission.

Adrian owns acreage near Rockstone Pond, roughly 45 minutes from Belize City. The project plan calls for year-round production of vegetables including cabbage, tomatoes, bell peppers, hot peppers, and lettuce, alongside a small swine piglet operation. Markets are described as already being in place, and a farm manager has already been vetted.

1

Employ & train

Create meaningful work for 10 young men initially, with expansion planned over the next two years.

2

Teach practical skills

Farm operations, discipline, crop planning, financial controls, personal finances, and responsibility.

3

Build sustainability

Use startup capital to establish a working business designed to become self-supporting instead of relying on continuous outside funding.

From seedling to market

The infrastructure and know-how already have a foundation.

The deck shows active seedling preparation, drip irrigation, cultivated fields, existing farm infrastructure, and local team involvement. The proposed capital is intended to expand and stabilize these operations rather than create the entire agricultural concept from zero.

The plan also includes accounting controls, crop rotation, soil management, employee training, and ongoing oversight.
